This
is were it all started... I had my hands on a digital camera and a laptop,
those two items along with 4 big trucks 4GIVEN 4x4 came to being. There
were 4 of us, Jacob, Anthony(Ant), Brian, and myself. I asked if I could
just get some cool pictures of the trucks on some hills or just around
some scenery (not knowing that a clam picture of an off-road truck is
seldom seen!)

| So we went down the
road abit thanks to Katie's (Brian's girlfriend) suggestion of something
we were probably looking for. As soon as we pulled down the lane it started.
4x4 blood runs deep! There wasn't much to play on but I've learned that
there doesn't necessarily have to be. First for the photoshoot was Brian
in his Jeep. |
|
| After watching in
awe of what a Jeep with out 4 wheel drive is capable of we decided to
go with Jacobs Yota next. His was the only one that compared to Brians
Jeep and with the two of them just finishing a 'built from scratch' frame,
I'd say it was a real crowed pleaser. They were pleased with thier work.
Quite a bit of nice articulation. |
 |
| I was next on the
list. The Bronco was by far the biggest body of the 4 making it the longest
too. I was probably the only one who recieved any damage for the harmless
photo shoot, I saw the Jeep and Yota roll right over this little hill
and decided that the Bronco is just as good, so I attempted to shoot right
over it...oops... next thing I know is I am teetering on the transfer
case gaurd, yikes! With a little help from the boys I was off the hill
with out recovery equiptment. This was what I needed, a little pride dampener
and a bent gaurd. |
|
| Ant went last with
his stock Jeep. After finding out the limits of the untouched Jeep compared
to Brians monster, he proceded to a 2 inch body lift two days later. He
is much happier now thankyou! After Ant was done with his pictures we
drove back and celebrated the rest of Brians birthday party! A dent on
a gaurd and nothing broken except some pride, it was a great first meeting. |
